Created under immense pressure, in the centre of the Earth, diamonds are a crystalline form of pure carbon. They are the hardest natural mineral substance known to mankind. In fact so much so the ancient Greek name for diamond derives from ‘invincible'.

When we say we are the diamond specialists, we truly are. Sorella owners, Lisa and Susie, are FGAA / FGA gemologists. Susie is also a qualified diamond grader, training through the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). We source and stock only Excellent or Very Good cut grade diamonds, which means our diamonds will always have a beautiful sparkle releasing the optimum amount of  brilliance. We take one of nature's most precious gems, and through our quality workmanship, craft them into exquisite pieces of jewellery.

The quality and value of a diamond is determined by the 4Cs, with the highest 4C rations being the rarest and therefore the most valuable.
